Pixel art environments that I made for a first-year university project, which was a point-and-click game. We chose to go for a puzzle horror game where you have to escape a sinking submarine, with a darker secret.
The submarine has 8 rooms in total, progressing from well-lit, somewhat colorful atmosphere to a dark, horror look. The order of the rooms in this post is the same one as in the game, so you can see the gradual development. The control room has been split in two for the game, marked with a red line.
During this 2 week project, I designed and polished all the rooms, but also worked on the poster for the game and a few animations. It was an ambitious task, but I am happy with the finished result and the work I put in.
