I created this scene based on Ariana Ghindar's artwork (https://www.artstation.com/artwork/B3BRR8). I modelled it in Maya and lit and rendered it in Unity.
For the plants, I used baked high poly models on simple planes with an opacity filter from the ID channel. Most of the scene has one texture sheet, which includes base color, normal, metalness and roughness maps. The plants have a different material, as do the glass windows. Hanged cloth has been made with a cloth simulation in Maya.
